The eminent decay of Winnifreds Beach

Winnifred Public Beach

The neglect by the leadership of Free Winnifred Beach Benevolent Society to push for the swift implementation of the court order issued in September of 2014 now put the (UDC) Urban Development Corporation in breach of  Resident Magistrate Marjorie Moyston order, that order said,

"UDC has 90 days to create on a new title an easement for the right of the public to access the beach for bathing and recreation purposes."

With this ruling in hand since September of 2014 very little has been done by the Free Winnifred Beach Benevolent Society to effort the implementation of the Judges orders. The UDC is now in breach of Resident Magistrate Marjorie Moyston orders. Winnifred Beach fought for over 15 years is now in the hands of a few who valiantly fought with the support of the Fairy Hill and surrounding communities.

The struggle of the people of winnifred beach was supported by people all over the world including Sweden, Italy, Germany who have visited Jamaica over and over again to enjoy winnifred beach. It would be an outrage and disappointment to find that top members of Free winnifred Beach Benevolent Society with an hard fought for Legal ruling has bended to Political pressure and pressure from the UDC shelving Justice Marjorie Moyston ruling.

Thanks to seven Democrats - Debo Adegbile Voted down

Weak Democrats

The Democrats who opposed Adegbile’s confirmation are Sens. Bob Casey (D-PA), Chris Coons (D-DE), Joe Donnelly (D-IN), Heidi Heitkamp (D-ND), Joe Manchin (D-WV), Mark Pryor (D-AR) and John Walsh (D-MT).

Debo Adegbile previously served as the acting head of the NAACP Legal Defense Fund, he is one of the nation’s top civil rights attorneys is a leading expert on voting rights who twice defended the voting rights Act before the Supreme Court the first time successfully. He is the ideal candidate to lead the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division the division which, among other things, oversees the federal government’s voting rights work in an era where conservative state lawmakers are currently waging a widespread campaign to prevent demographic groups that tend to vote for Democrats from casting a ballot.

These seven Democrats should be held to account for their votes especially at a time when the voting rights act is under fire in several States across the country. Democrats know Sen. Joe Manchin and Heidi Heitkamp are unreliable but our surprise came from Senator Chris Coons who promised to make tough choices in support of freedom his vote was the biggest surprise and a failure to stand with the President and be on the right side of this issue.

Thanks to seven Democrats Debo Adegbile voted down leaving the Civil Rights Division without a leader while the assault from states continue on voting rights.

Justice Uriah Parnell

"Good sense makes Good Law".Justice Uriah Parnell

Justice Uriah Parnell

Senior Puisne Judge His Lordship Mr. Justice Uriah Parnell, "there is no property in a witness" and this simply means that Counsel for the Defense or Counsel for the Prosecution may seek to speak to or interview a witness for the 'other' side so long as he only seeks to get the full story but does not by any means seek to influence the witness for the 'other' side or to get him to change his evidence to be given in any way.

Justice Uriah Parnell, "Justice is only reached when good common sense is applied in its dispensation". in a speech to the Jamaica Police Federation.

                                                           ------------------------------------------------------

Rafic Warwar Murder Trial,

Judge Uriah Parnell"Rafic Warwar, the jury, having considered their verdict for one hour and 41 minutes according to my estimation, and having come to the conclusion that they have come to, namely, that you are guilty of murder, there is only one sentence which I can pass and that is the one authorized by law, and that is, that you suffer death according to law...

"This fine specimen of a policeman and the courage which he displayed should be recorded and should be noted and a grateful country should do something in his memory; if it is even to establish some scholarship or do something to perpetuate the memory of this policeman. And I believe that although I have not asked the jury, the jury joins with me in these sentiments on behalf of the public. Let the prisoner be taken away".

                                                -------------------------------------

Justice Uriah Parnell, "it was quite obvious that an injustice takes place when an innocent man was found guilty,it is equally clear that an injustice is committed when the guilty goes free,".

On July 10, 1978 Mr. Justice Uriah Parnell, began hearing Buck's election petition which was adjourned a year and five weeks later on August 17, 1979. In this election petition 31 witnesses were called, eight by Buck and 23 by Dr. King. It was the longest election petition in Jamaica's history lasting for 84 days.
Delivering his judgment on January 3, 1980, Mr. Justice Parnell declared Dr. King's election null and void.

                                                       ---------------------------------------------------

Face of an angel, heart of a devil

Beverly Champagnie was a very attractive young woman; the type to make any man turn and take a second look but after what was unveiled before Mr Justice Uriah Parnell Sr Puisne Judge and a mixed jury in the Home Circuit Court Division of the Gun Court in 1979, after her conviction for accessory to murder, I overheard a member of the jury describe her as "a she-devil, seemingly coming out of the pits of hell, disguised as Snow White, and bringing with her all the venom to wipe out an entire nation".
                                                          -----------------------------------------------
Order Of Jamaica to Justice Parnell

The honor of the Order of Jamaica (OJ) may be conferred upon any Jamaican citizen of outstanding distinction or upon any distinguished citizen of a country other than Jamaica (honorary member). A member of the Order is styled “Honorable” and the motto of the Order is “For a covenant of the People”.

"Pregnancy as a result of Rape is something that God intended to happen."

Senate Candidate Richard Mourdock
"Pregnancy as a result of Rape is something that God intended to happen."
Republican Senate Candidate Richard Mourdock on Rape.

"The only exception I have to have an abortion is in the case of the life of the mother," said Mourdock, the Tea Party-backed state treasurer. "I struggled with it myself for a long time, but I came to realize life is that gift from God. I think that even when life begins in that horrible situation of rape, that it is something that God intended to happen."

"Richard Mourdock's disturbing comment about rape is a window into Mourdock's extreme view of the world, " said Shripal Shah, spokesman for the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee. "Indiana can't afford to send a self-proclaimed 'zealot' and Tea Partier like Richard Mourdock to the Senate."

Romney policy is that there will be exceptions for rape.
Mitt Romney said Tuesday he has no plans to push for legislation limiting abortion, a softer stance from a candidate who has said he would "get rid of" funding for Planned Parenthood and appoint Supreme Court justices who would overturn Roe v. Wade.
“There’s no legislation with regards to abortion that I’m familiar with that would become part of my agenda,” the Republican presidential nominee told The Des-Moines Register in an interview.
His comments to the Register could put him at odds with congressional Republicans who have made limiting abortion central to their messages. His own running mate, Rep. Paul Ryan (R-Wis.), has introduced bills to restrict access to abortion, and the Republican Party platform toughened its anti-abortion stance earlier this year.
Ryan would confer legal rights on a fetus .
This August, Paul Ryan told a reporter, “ I've always adopted the idea, the position that, the method of conception does not change the definition of life,” Ryan said, referring to rape or incest. “But the Romney policy is that there will be exceptions for rape, incest and the life of the mother, and I think that is what people want to know, and I am comfortable with that because I think that’s a vast improvement to the status quot.”
Ryan has also supported so-called person-hood measures that would confer legal rights on a fetus (and thus potentially lead to the banning of all abortions). Last year, he cosponsored a federal bill that said that “each human life begins with fertilization, cloning or its functional equivalent, at which time every human has all legal and constitutional attributes and privileges of person-hood.”
Romney has never explicitly endorsed such a law, though he has said, as do many abortion foes, that he believes life begins at conception. Instead, his spokesman said in November 2011, “he believes these matters should be left up to states to decide.”

Pres. Obama made free contraception available for all women, which actually legislates and codifies “rare” in public policy. This is the seminal misunderstanding Republicans have about government power. They want to use state and federal power to force women to give birth, while Democrats under Pres. Obama want to utilize policy to make unwanted pregnancy not only rare, but obsolete.

More Suspicious Voter forms found in Florida.

Waiting Patiently to vote, we should not be afraid of this.
More suspicious voter forms found in Florida

Republican Voter Fraud? No.
Bay County has found eight suspicious forms with the Republican Party registration code connected to Strategic Allied. In Pasco County, three have been found.

Vote and it counts
The state Republican Party, which paid the company $1.3 million to register voters here, said it would file an elections fraud complaint against Strategic Allied, which is based in Tempe, Ariz.
Mr. Sproul was once the executive director of the Arizona Republican Party. In 2004, his voter registration project was investigated by the Justice Department and the attorneys general in Arizona, Nevada and Oregon after widespread allegations of fraud surfaced, but no charges were brought.
